All you need is a client-facing iPad on iOS version 15 or later to run the Boulevard Duo App and a desktop or iMac to run the Boulevard Dashboard. The Duo can pair with existing desktops and iPads already using Boulevard. Please note that iPad Mini is not compatible at this time.
The Duo does not need to be plugged in all the time, but should be charged when the battery is low using the included USB-C cable and wall charger. A computer will not effectively charge the Duo.
The Duo connects to the iPad Boulevard Duo App via Bluetooth.
As many as you’d like! Just keep in mind each Boulevard Duo requires its own iPad. These can be paired with multiple desktop devices.
