Our Team Is Your Team: 5 Ways Boulevard Supports Customers
Apr.03.2024
By BoulevardFast support that knows your business? Integrations that work the first time? Yeah, you’re worth it.
When Lennon and McCartney wrote about getting by with a little help from their friends, they may not have had running a self-care business in mind. But anyone with that particular work experience knows it’s best done in good company — with friendly, professional staff and appreciative, punctual clients, for starters.
Platforms are increasingly integral to running an effective self-care business: a helper that subtly sets you up for success and then gets out of the way to let you do what you do best. That’s why we’re proud to help Boulevard customers get by with a little help from our one-of-a-kind support experience.
We make a platform that’s easy to get started with. We’re proud of that part too, obvs. But whenever you have a question or are looking for ways to build on your success, here are just a few of the ways we’re ready to assist.
Support teams help when and how you need it
Sitting on hold while your IT infrastructure goes up in flames. Familiar? Yes. A special kind of garbage fire we never want any of our customers to experience? Also yes. That’s why our Customer Support Team has an average response time of 5 minutes. And since most of our support staff have first-hand industry experience, you can trust they’ll actually listen to your problems and get to the root of the issue instead of just busting out a one-size-fits-all checklist.
We also keep our support center up to date and ready to assist even when it’s 2 in the morning and you should probably be sleeping instead of scrolling through reports again. The support center stands ready to give your insomniac self the answers and advice you need for a wide range of potential issues and implementations. Is it weird to call yourself a proud documentation parent? Whatever, that’s what we are.
Migration mavens move what matters
When you start with Boulevard, you get a dedicated Onboarding Specialist. It’s part of their job to help you move over all the stuff you need from your old system, but it’s also their job to help identify what in that big pile of data you’ll need on your new-and-improved platform. They’re gonna be real with you if you might be better off leaving a lot of it behind. But don’t fret if you have some older systems or special data structures — they’ll also help you customize your data migration if necessary.
Once you choose what to move, your data will make the leap to Boulevard behind the scenes so you don’t have to sit through a single minute of downtime. We can even move over stored credit cards, memberships, and subscriptions thanks to our Level 1 PCI-Compliant platform status. And we pledge to never lock down your data or otherwise hold it hostage to keep you on our platform. It’s all yours whenever you request it.
API and integrations keep you connected
We built Boulevard to stand strong on its own but play nice across your entire tech stack. Our open APIs let you connect to other tools and systems and share your work with ease. You can build out custom workflows that simplify frequent tasks and make your most helpful functions accessible however you want them. Our developer portal can even help you build out your own apps and integrations.
That said, you don’t need to start from scratch to bring in helpful tools like Instagram Book Now, Shopify, and Google Calendar. Our ever-growing suite of integrations is ready to spread the love across your dashboard and beyond.
Security and compliance protect your business
It’s the 2020s. Data is one of your business' most precious assets. That’s why we protect ourselves and our customers with Amazon Web Services. On top of being a global leader in cybersecurity, AWS is also, well, global. That means the data you trust with us is locked up tight but still available whenever and wherever you need it, all with minimal downtime.
We also give your business an instant leg up toward many common compliance requirements. That includes:
SOC 2 compliance, which demonstrates our data and security programs are up to international standards.
HIPAA compliance, which means our databases do their part in guarding your clients’ protected health information.
Level 1 PCI compliance, which means we securely process credit card information and can even store and migrate it for recurring subscriptions.
What can we say? Sometimes we like to play it safe.
Boulevard Academy brings it all together
If you want to take it back to school for a minute, consider this your acceptance letter to Boulevard Academy. It’s an educational experience built to teach you everything you need to make the most of the platform, no matter where you’re coming from, and without wasting your time. It’s all killer, no filler (if you consider on-demand training videos, quick-hit lessons, and feature-focused live webinars to be “killer,” which we absolutely do).
Our education team can even tailor-make a customized training program to deliver exactly what your self-care business needs ASAP. That should leave plenty of room in your planner for extracurricular activities.
We could keep going on all day about the many ways we support our customers better than any other platform in the biz; it’s kind of our whole deal. On the other hand, some things speak for themselves. Maybe we’ll just leave it at that.
